HUDSON VALLEY ARTIFACTS

Does anyone collect Indian artifacts or metal detect here in the Hudson valley?  Here are some of the artifacts that i collected this spring and summer so far in fields and creeks here in the HV. The copper coin is a 1745 British copper and the big piece in the middle is a rough quarts ax or chopper. The rest are whole or broken arrowheads, knives and scrapers.

wow thats pretty cool ron, i have a few buddys that find them, but every time i go i look all over and just dont find anything lol, i guess you gotta have the eye for it

This is Steve. Just registered on your site yesterday. Hope all is well. I've been able to get on the hudson and here are a few things I've found.  Tell me what you think!  Have to hook up and go out artifact hunting...found some good spots.

hey, been thinking about getting in touch with ya all summer, glad to see u on the site. That's some great stuff u found their glad to see your out looking . Not sure what that last large piece is, a fossil or some kind of design. What is it?

i'm positive it's not a fossil because there are carved grooves within the rock...def not natural.
